Are you accepting new patients?
Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting any new patients.
Where are you located?

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments
All assessments and services through our practice are by appointment only. Please call our office during our regular business hours.
​
Allied Health Services
​
As members of the Hamilton Family Health Team, we are privileged to work with many allied health professionals including dieticians, pharmacists and mental health counsellors. Please visit the Hamilton Family Health Team Website for links to ongoing groups and workshops to improve your health and well-being.
Prescription Refills
​
Please note that prescription renewal requests are not covered by OHIP. Prescription renewals can occur in one of the following ways:
​

Via booked appointment

Pharmacy request ($20 convenience fee)

PS365 plan subscriber, whereby phone or fax prescription refills are covered by your PS365 plan.

Do not leave your medication renewals to the last minute! If you plan on having your medications renewed in person with your physician, call the office when you notice that you are on your last renewal. If you plan on having your medications renewed by phone or fax, this will take our office and your pharmacy staff 1 week to complete.
​
Walk-In Clinics
​
Our office is responsible for your primary health care, and continuity of care is extremely important to us. You have access to medical care 365 days per year via our office’s on-call physician. If you need to speak with a health care provider and it is outside of our regular office hours, call our on-call service at 1-866-553-7205.
​
We ask that you avoid visiting a walk-in clinic for after-hours care.
​
Office Harassment Policy
​
Our office has a zero tolerance policy for aggressive or abusive language or behaviour directed towards any of our staff. The use of aggressive or abusive language or behaviour in our clinic is grounds for immediate dismissal from the practice.
​

For existing patients, feel free to use the links on this website to contact the office. Please note that our messages through OCEAN are monitored infrequently. For pressing matters, please call our office directly.

Non-OHIP Covered Services
​
While OHIP covers the costs for most of your medical needs, there are many services we provide which are not covered. Examples of these include:

Prescription renewals through phone/fax

Sick notes

Notes for insurance purposes (including but not limited to: massage therapy, compression stockings, chiropractic care)

Forms (including but not limited to: camp/school, disability, travel cancellation)
Harvard Health Doctors Group continues to utilize the PatientSERV program to help you cover the costs of these uninsured services in a hassle-free and efficient manner. The PS365 plan is an optional annual fee plan that covers the costs of most uninsured services for one year.
